All BuilderMT Clients (including Australia) are back online.
Customers effected by the licensing issue may need to run the update function from their licensing tool on the WMS server.

We are rebuilding and deploying a fix, this may take 1 to 2 hours complete and are hopeful to provide resolution steps (if needed) once this is done.

We are currently experiencing an API issue which is causing catastrophic effects and you may be experiencing the following.
The Mobile App is inaccessible or unable to Sync.
License calls for WMS may be failing.
Intermittent errors on the Builder Portal.
We understand the seriousness of this issue and are working diligently on resolving this as quickly as possible.
Submitting a support ticket is unnecessary at this time, and we will be posting updates here.
