A new “Favorites List” feature has been added to the MiTek Support site so you can tag certain articles so they can be easily located when needed. On any page that contains a video or training document on the site, you will now see a Star icon next to the title of the article. This icon has been added to allow you to create a personal Favorites list that can include as many as ten articles at a time. Once you select the icon, it will turn blue, letting you know the article has been added to your personal Favorites list. If you select on the icon again, it will return to white and remove the article from your list. You will also notice there is now a Star icon in the top banner that is available while on any page or section on the site. When you select this icon, you will be taken to your personal Favorites List. In addition to the list of favorites, the recent articles section allows you to easily go back to one of the last 5 articles you visited. Just like on the article itself, you can remove articles from the Favorites list by selecting the star icon next to that article. Then, the next time you go to your Favorites list, that article is no longer included. Once there are ten articles in your list, if you try to add another article to the list, a message is shown letting you know your limit of ten has been reached. Note that you must be logged in to the support.mii.com site with your MiTek credentials to be able to save your personal Favorites list.. If you have entered the site through Tooltip links from the MiTek software, and you were not currently logged in as yourself, you are in as a general user, and the personal Favorites list you have created will not be available. If this happens, log out of the support site, and then log back in with your personal email and password, and your favorites list will be available.
