Q3: In Cases, can the Case details area be widened?
A3: Currently, we cannot alter the Case details area, but we have documented the request and will bring it up with our internal Salesforce development team.
Q4: During the webinar, you demonstrated how knowledge links can display in a technical support case. Do the knowledge links display automatically or does a technical support rep have to insert the article?
A4: The technical support representative locates the link in the knowledge base and manually adds it to the case.
